1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who access or use the bbajivip platform, including the website, any associated mobile interface, and all games, betting markets, and services made available through that platform. These Terms are written in English and the English-language version takes precedence in all matters of interpretation.

bbajivip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, players will be notified via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of bbajivip after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms published separately, the promotional terms will take precedence for that specific offer only.

bbajivip is operated as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All references to currency in these Terms refer to Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated. All times referenced in these Terms use Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of bbajivip is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bbajivip operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by bbajivip or agreed to voluntarily through our responsible gaming tools.
• You are not using the platform in a professional or commercial capacity that circumvents the intent of promotional offers or game mechanics.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your personal jurisdiction.

bbajivip conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players who cannot or do not provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will have their accounts suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period in which a player is found to be under 18 will be forfeited.

If you become aware that a person under 18 is using this platform — including through your own account — you are required to notify bbajivip support immediately at support@bbajivip.

3. Account Registration & Player Obligations

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games, betting markets, or the cashier on bbajivip, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only on bbajivip. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts will be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account.

bbajivip staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel, including Live Chat, email, or WhatsApp. If you receive any communication purporting to be from bbajivip that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our 24/7 support team immediately. bbajivip accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

bbajivip may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including during the registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by bbajivip may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or payment account details — you must update your account promptly. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbajivip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept payments made by third parties — deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on bbajivip is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though the platform reserves the right to apply individual account deposit limits at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes. Deposit limits requested by the player for responsible gaming purposes take effect immediately and can only be reduced (not increased) without a mandatory cooling-off period.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team during operational hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts typically complete within one (1) hour of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional KYC verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

bbajivip reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that occur shortly after a large deposit with minimal play, or where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected. In such cases, the processing period may be extended while the review is conducted.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. bbajivip does not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.

4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

bbajivip reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Where a transaction is refused, the amount will be returned to the originating payment account within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotions offered by bbajivip are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific eligibility criteria published alongside each offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players in Bangladesh only and are restricted to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are satisfied, the platform reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Wagering requirements must also be completed before the expiry date. No extensions will be granted except at the sole discretion of bbajivip management.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bbajivip has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using specific low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay; exploiting software errors or miscalculated odds; and coordinating with other players to guarantee a profit from bonus funds. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

5.5 Platform Discretion

bbajivip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fulfilling obligations already incurred under active promotions. The platform also reserves the right to decline any player's participation in any promotion at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules & Sports Betting

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on bbajivip — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to its own rules and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are not modified by bbajivip.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, that round will be declared void and the bet amount will be returned to the player's balance. bbajivip accepts no liability for wins or losses attributed to a malfunctioning game.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other events — are offered at odds determined by bbajivip's trading team. All bets are subject to the maximum payout limits published in the sportsbook section. Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is accepted by the platform's system — not at the time the player initiates the bet request.

bbajivip reserves the right to void any sports bet where odds were published in error, where match-fixing or corruption is suspected, or where a bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already known. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for individual bets are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. These limits may be adjusted by bbajivip at any time and may vary by game, market, or individual account. The platform reserves the right to apply reduced maximum stake limits to individual accounts without prior notice.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bbajivip account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@bbajivip. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Accounts subject to self-exclusion follow a separate process detailed in our Responsible Gaming policy.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by bbajivip

bbajivip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is operating more than one account.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• The player has charged back or reversed a deposit payment.
• The player's use of the platform is in breach of any applicable law or these Terms.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order that bbajivip is required to enforce.

Where an account is closed by the platform due to a breach of these Terms, bbajivip reserves the right to withhold any balance held in that account. Where closure is due to factors beyond the player's control (such as regulatory changes), the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bbajivip will notify the account holder before a dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

8. Limitation of Liability & Miscellaneous

8.1 Platform Availability

bbajivip endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions) may result in temporary service interruptions. The platform accepts no liability for losses resulting from service unavailability.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbajivip's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbajivip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the platform.

8.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbajivip platform — including text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of bbajivip or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content without written consent from bbajivip is strictly prohibited.

8.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bbajivip is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The platform maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures that include transaction monitoring, KYC verification, and reporting obligations. Any player suspected of using bbajivip to launder funds will have their account suspended immediately, all balances withheld pending investigation, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
